             abstract = "Este trabalho apresenta os resultados do estudo de par{\^a}metros 
                         ambientais na emiss{\~a}o de metano na regi{\~a}o 
                         Sul-Matogrossense do Pantanal. Foram realizadas duas campanhas, 
                         sendo a primeira em setembro de 2009 e a segunda em mar{\c{c}}o 
                         de 2010, correspondendo ao per{\'{\i}}odo de seca e cheia, 
                         respectivamente. O fluxo de metano foi determinado pela 
                         t{\'e}cnica de c{\'u}pula est{\'a}tica. Os par{\^a}metros 
                         ambientais analisados foram a profundidade da coluna d{\'a}gua, 
                         temperatura do ar e da {\'a}gua, pH, potencial de 
                         oxirredu{\c{c}}{\~a}o, condutividade el{\'e}trica, 
                         oxig{\^e}nio dissolvido e total de s{\'o}lidos dissolvidos. 
                         Tamb{\'e}m foi medido o metano dissolvido em tr{\^e}s 
                         profundidades (subsuperficial, meio e fundo). A m{\'e}dia geral 
                         dos 151 fluxos v{\'a}lidos foi de 163,8 \$\pm\$ 343,2 
                         mgCH\$_4\$m\$^{-2}\$d\$^{-1}\$, com uma mediana de 39,0 
                         mgCH\$_4\$m\$^{-2}\$d\$^{-1}\$. Foram obtidos 67 fluxos 
                         difusivos (m{\'e}dia de 15,9 \$\pm\$ 27,9 e mediana de 5,7 
                         mgCH\$_4\$m\$^{-2}\$d\$^{-1}\$) e 84 fluxos ebulitivos 
                         (m{\'e}dia de 281,9 \$\pm\$ 424,8 
                         mgCH\$_4\$m\$^{-2}\$d\$^{-1}\$ e mediana de 119,2 
                         mgCH\$_4\$m\$^{-2}\$d\$^{-1}\$). A exist{\^e}ncia de 
                         influ{\^e}ncia dos par{\^a}metros ambientais na emiss{\~a}o de 
                         metano foi investigada atrav{\'e}s da an{\'a}lise de componentes 
                         principais. O fluxo difusivo mostrou correla{\c{c}}{\~a}o 
                         significativa para pH, oxig{\^e}nio dissolvido e potencial de 
                         oxirredu{\c{c}}{\~a}o. Para fluxos ebulitivos, as vari{\'a}veis 
                         que apresentaram alguma diferen{\c{c}}a estat{\'{\i}}stica 
                         foram a temperatura da {\'a}gua e do ar. O fluxo de metano 
                         estimado pelo modelo de filme estagnado utilizando dados de metano 
                         dissolvido subsuperficial foi comparado com o fluxo difusivo, 
                         apresentando baixa correla{\c{c}}{\~a}o e mostrando que modelos 
                         de emiss{\~a}o devem incorporar caracter{\'{\i}}sticas do 
                         ambiente como as perturba{\c{c}}{\~o}es causadas por ventos e 
                         correnteza. ABSTRACT: This work presents the results of the study 
                         of environmental parameters on methane emission in southern Mato 
                         Grosso, Pantanal. There were two campaigns, the first being in 
                         September 2009 and the second in March 2010, corresponding to the 
                         period of drought and flood, respectively. The flow of methane was 
                         determined by the technique of static chamber. The environmental 
                         parameters examined were the depth of the water column, air and 
                         water temperature, pH, redox potential, electrical conductivity, 
                         dissolved oxygen and total dissolved solids. The dissolved methane 
                         at three depths (subsurface, middle and bottom) was also measured. 
                         The overall average of 151 valid flows was 163.8 \$\pm\$ 343.2 
                         mgCH\$_4\$m\$^{-2}\$d\$^{-1}\$, with a median of 39.0 
                         mgCH\$_4\$m\$^{-2}\$d\$^{-1}\$. 67 diffusive fluxes (mean 
                         15.9 \$\pm\$ 27.9 mgCH\$_4\$m\$^{-2}\$d\$^{-1}\$ and a 
                         median of 5.7 mgCH\$_4\$m\$^{-2}\$d\$^{-1}\$) and 84 bubble 
                         fluxes (mean 281.9 \$\pm\$ 424.8 
                         mgCH\$_4\$m\$^{-2}\$d\$^{-1}\$ and a median of 119.2 
                         mgCH\$_4\$m\$^{-2}\$d\$^{-1}\$) were obtained. The existence 
                         of influence of environmental parameters on methane emission was 
                         investigated by principal component analysis. The diffusive flux 
                         showed a significant correlation for pH, dissolved oxygen and 
                         redox potential. For bubble fluxes, the variables that showed some 
                         statistical differences were the temperature of the water and air. 
                         The flow of methane estimated by the stagnant film model using 
                         data from subsurface dissolved methane was compared with the 
                         diffusive flux, with low correlation and showing that emission 
                         models should incorporate features of the environment such as the 
                         disturbance caused by winds and currents.",
