Three laser excitation wavelengths were used: 514.5, 785 and 1064 nm. In first-order Raman spectra, the positions of the bands D, G and D' (1100-1700 cm-1) presented very similar behavior, however the intensity (I) ratio ID/IG ratio showed differed behaviors for each material which may be correlated to differences in their structural ordering. In the second-order spectra, the G' band varied strongly according to structure with the infrared laser excitation.. %8 Sept %N 11 %T Comparative study of first- and second-order Raman spectra of MWCNT at visible and infrared laser excitation %@secondarytype PRE PI %K Carbon nanotubes, Graphite, Carbon fiber, HOPG, Raman spectroscopy. %@group LAS-INPE-MCT-BR %@group LAS-INPE-MCT-BR %@group LAS-INPE-MCT-BR %@group LAS-INPE-MCT-BR %@secondarykey INPE-13914--PRE/9094 %@copyholder SID/SCD %@issn 0008-6223 %2 sid.inpe.br/mtc-m16@80/2006/07.28.18.52.56 %@affiliation Instituto Nacional de Pesquisas Espaciais, Labortório Associado de Sensores e Materiais (INPE.LAS), %@affiliation Instituto Nacional de Pesquisas Espaciais, Labortório Associado de Sensores e Materiais (INPE.LAS), %@affiliation Instituto Nacional de Pesquisas Espaciais, Labortório Associado de Sensores e Materiais (INPE.LAS), %@affiliation Instituto Nacional de Pesquisas Espaciais, Labortório Associado de Sensores e Materiais (INPE.LAS), %@affiliation bLaboratory of Biomedical Vibrational Spectroscopy, University of Vale do Paraíba (UNIVAP), %@affiliation Center of Semiconductor Components (CCS/UNICAMP) %B Carbon %P 2202-2211 %4 sid.inpe.br/mtc-m16@80/2006/07.28.18.52 %@documentstage simone %D 2006 %V 44 %A Antunes, Érica Freire, %A Lobo, Anderson de Oliveira, %A Corat, Evaldo José, %A Trava-Airold, Vladimir J., %A Martin, A.
